In the Restaurant…
The fire is lit – it is now officially WINTER! The Restaurant is nice and cosy and has that special feeling of being at “Home”, so why not come and sit in front of the fire drinking a lovely glass of wine (or two!) Knowing that you will all be in need of some comfort food, we are going to start a “STEAK and RIB” Night every Thursday starting May 31st. There will be a choice of either Sirloin (250g), Rib Eye (300g), Rump Steak (400g) or Sticky Pork Ribs. You will have the choice of 3 different styles of Potatoes and 3 different Sauces. This will be served alongside an ALL YOU CAN EAT SALAD BAR for $29.95 (Regular Menu will also be available).
Chris has made some changes to the menus again – just to keep things interesting. Check out the Lunch & Dinner menus, they have a twist and are fantastic!
Our “SUNDAY ROAST CLUB” is still very popular so please remember to book. Enjoy all this for only $19.50 per person AND come 5 times, and your 6th Roast is FREE! Kids of course will be 1/2 price at $10.00.
Opening hours are as follows:
LUNCH: WEDNESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY (11:30 – 2:00)
DINNER: WEDNESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY (5:30 – )
**If you have a large group booking for a day or night we are not usually open, then we will be happy to open especially for the occasion.

New Release’s:
Pinot Gris / Chardonnay 2011 A soft, easy drinking, slightly sweet wine with light pear and honey flavours. Only 11% alc.
Sauvignon Blanc 2011 Dry and crisp, very refreshing and bursting with pure gooseberry, Granny Smith and lime flavours
Vin Du Soleil 2011 As a little experiment we picked some of our red grapes early and pressed them straight away to achieve a copper colored wine (French Loire Rose style), with a sliver of sweetness and spicy light red fruit flavours and hints of marmalade.
Chambourcin 2010 The perfect Northland grape. Rich and full bodied with wonderful Toasty oak, mocha, raspberry, dark berry fruits and some gamey flavours. A great wine with all meats.
